Excellent friendly, quick and efficient emergency service from GCB Utilities staff both in the office and in the field. Phoned GCB office at 8.30am and by 11am the problem was solved.
Severe mains burst on steep tarmac drive with elevation changes from house down to road. Challenging job entailed digging out various access points to mole new MDPE pipe, thread under a heavy boundary wall one end, and into cellar (plus terminate) at other. Excellent work completed efficiently with great care not to impact other services, keeping water supply long as possible pre-changeover. GCB professional and diligent throughout, at competitive price. One of the best contractors I’ve come across, so glad we used them. Our thanks to Billy, Jamie, Robin on project team and Nathan in office.

Works carried out efficiently and neatly. The lads were pleasant and helpful and left the paths and lawn tidy. They even put down grass seed (which has since grown).

Damon from GCB did a terrific job in measuring, fitting and completing our en suite. Damon helped with suggestions when we were stuck for ideas and was always on time. The job stalled but to no fault to the company, during this time Damon kept in touch every other day to see if there was anything else to assist with. Could not recommend enough.

Problem was identified on 8th May and received a phone call from GCB Utilities the following morning where I provided more details on the problem. The plumber Jaime came out Friday lunchtime and repaired the problem within 30 minutes of arrival. Friendly and efficient service from Jaime, I could not fault his professionalism and would definitely recommend GCB Utilities to friends and family.
